Kingston FURY KF564R32RBE2K4-128 is a kit of four 4G x 80-bit (32GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 2Rx8, ECC memory module, based on twenty 2G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. The module supports AMD EXPO v1.1 and Intel Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel XMP) 3.0. Total kit capacity is 128GB. Each module has been tested to run at DDR5-6400 at a low latency timing of 32-39-39 at 1.4V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers.
