• "United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
• "The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency".
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• "User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account".
• Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users or engage in any transactions on this website.
• Purchases must be paid for online or Cash on delivery. In case of non-payment, Terrabyt have the right to cancel the order without any communication or liability to the customer.
• If you buy any products and make the payments on our website, the information you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. 
• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• The customer needs to provide a valid phone number and delivery address as the same will be used to confirm the order. The order will be cancelled if the information provided is found to be incorrect
• If the call from Terrabyt goes unanswered by the customer, the order may be cancelled.
• All content of the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, is the property and copyright work of either Terrabyt , its users, its content suppliers or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights and laws, The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of Terrabyt .com.
• Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Terrabyt  under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, Terrabyt  may limit, suspend or withdraw your membership and / or your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this User Agreement.
• Please report problems of any kind or violations of this User Agreement to Terrabyt . If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please notify Terrabyt.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE

Terms & Conditions – RMA Policy (Terrabyt.com)

RMA Submission Process:
Terrabyt accepts Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests. Items can be submitted either in person at the Terrabyt office or via courier, sent at the customer’s expense.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for sending RMA items to Terrabyt—Terrabyt does not arrange pickup from the customer’s location.
Items sent through unauthorized methods or without proper documentation may be rejected.
